Thames is led by Michael Clarke, who has led many high profile national communications campaigns over more than 20 years. He recently led on communications for the NHS Nightingale emergency covid-19 hospitals; prior to that he led the communications response to the Grenfell Tower disaster in 2017. He has led communications functions at the Cabinet Office and Department of Health, and advised the CEOs of some of Britain's biggest companies, as well as helped start-ups and charities build their brands.

Michael always leads Thames' work and draws on a network of tried and trusted associates to increase capacity or bring in specialist skills.
